Green tea: Just like black and white tea, loose green tea leaves also comes from camellia sinensis. Green tea is mildly oxidized and is widely known for its health benefits. Green tea is very good for increasing metabolism and reducing weight. Green tea reduces stress and fights against a number of lethal diseases.
Oolong: Oolong tea also comes from camellia sinensis like green, white and black tea. Oolong tea passes through a long process till in needs its final position. Oolong tea is curled and twisted but before that it is withered under strong sunlight and oxidized. Oolong tea also comes with its improving cardiovascular activities and ant oxidizing properties.
