It has a bitter or slightly sweet taste with a dark brown or black hue depending on the type of herbs used. Oolong tea: It involves a 10-70 percent oxidation and is darker in color than normal green tea but definitely lighter. It contains a large quantity of antioxidants that helps reduce cell damage.
